HSE Leadership
Develop the leadership skills needed to build and sustain a strong Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture in the workplace.
This PECC CPD-Certified course equips managers, supervisors, team leaders, and HSE professionals with the knowledge and practical tools to lead by example, promote safe behaviors, improve employee engagement, and drive continuous improvement in HSE performance.
The course covers safety leadership principles, safety culture, effective communication, legal and ethical responsibilities, risk-based decision making, incident prevention, behavior-based safety (BBS), coaching and mentoring, contractor management, emergency leadership, and performance measurement. Participants will learn how to inspire teams, strengthen safety accountability, reduce workplace incidents, and create a proactive, safety-first organizational culture.
